Large N Power bill

Ive just received an electric bill from npower for £603.79. Only one problem.......Im not with them, never have been never will be. I rang them in September last year when they sent me the first letter and rung them straight away and told them I was british gas. She asked how long id been in the property and was I sure I wasn't with them, I told her 4 years and yes I was sure. she said it would be sorted. Obviously it hasn't. I Pay british gas every fortnight, I ring them every few months. have letters from them and at the end of last year had new meters put in. So im definitely with british gas. I know I have to ring them and explain but just wondered if there is any specific im going to have to say to them.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

When was the last time you had a bill/statement from British Gas?
Do the two bills from the two suppliers have the same supply number on?0 -
Im not to sure. I do most of my bills online. last time I rung npower I also rang british gas and she asked me and told me where to find it and she said it was their meter. the last letter from british gas I can find is from the 12th of December. The last meter reading was the 10th of april by british gasit might not be much, but its better than a kick in the teeth:rotfl:
