Paypal Chargeback - Help!

Logged in at work this morning and we have a Paypal chargeback for unauthorised payment for an item sent in Feb.
We have proof of posting (the item was only £4, so sent Royal Mail).
The name on the POP, the sales record and confirmed Paypal address are all the same.
What's the next step? Will Paypal accept the POP, or will we need to provide proof of delivery too?

You only need proof of posting, upload that into the dispute.
