What does the company you bought from say when you contact them?

that it was sent and that I should have got it by now and to hold on abit longer, theyve never had items go missing etc

Dont get me wrong they are a reputable company and sell on ebay as well as their website so I'm not doubting them as such. But I ordered them 2 weeks ago and paid first class delivery as I ideally need them for this coming thursday.

the seller cant prove that it was delivered as it wasnt signed for?

It is very interesting you mention that in the past tense.

is it? im just looking at it from paypals point of view
i cant prove that i havent recieved it and they cant prove that it was delivered
i was just wondering what the out come would be considering the fact they claim to have proof of posting

As long as you paid for named goods and sender can't prove delivery you will win a paypal claim.

It takes approx 10 days from when you open it.

I think they're suggesting that it sounds like you have received the item, but didn't sign for it.

I also think ballisticbrian is overanalysing your sentence ;)
