What does the company you bought from say when you contact them?
that it was sent and that I should have got it by now and to hold on abit longer, theyve never had items go missing etc
Dont get me wrong they are a reputable company and sell on ebay as well as their website so I'm not doubting them as such. But I ordered them 2 weeks ago and paid first class delivery as I ideally need them for this coming thursday.Dec 2012:

the seller cant prove that it was delivered as it wasnt signed for?

As long as you paid for named goods and sender can't prove delivery you will win a paypal claim.
