Hi
I bought a house a few months....sale still dragging on. But I asked to go round to see if I could meet vendors to show me how some of things worked e.g. heating, timing boiler. Is there anything else I should be asking on specifics when I go round there.
I will be measuring up for new furniture too...

My vendor showed me the layout of where the pipes to/from rads ran up inside the walls, where the drains ran, where manhole was under the patio.
I just took a notebook as he told me quirks of the boiler, etc0 -
just clarify what you mean you 'bought' it? Have you exchanged contracts? or have you only had an offer accepted?
If you have not exchanged I wouldn't commit to ordering any new furniture or anything like that.0 -
Yes exchanged contracts0
