n power boiler cover

Options
Hi All,

sorry if this is wishy washy but kinda new to this. I took out npower boiler cover in November last year. On the 21st March I had call to use them as the boiler broke down, they have since fitted 3 pcb circuits in less than 3 week and cannot find the problem. The call centre staff lie blatantly to you and since the 21st we have had 3 days hot water and heating. We are having to boil kettles for wshing hands, pots pans and brushing teeth i have 3 kids under 10 and every time you telephone them they brush you off.

Anyone have any suggestions please??

Try writing a letter of complaint. Point out that you are a vulnerable household with three young children.

I would ask them to send an engineer who can use a multimeter to find out which component is overloading the pcb!. Lots of newer boilers like worcester greenstars kill the pcb when the fan is faulty.
