Daily mail....I love to go there to learn how to hate certain sections of our society and i am always pleased that it never fails me and i come away felling very hateful...A great site that makes me hate the undeserving in society..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

Housey ones all the time. Rightmove daily and then a lot of design ones - I love a bit of !!!!!!,:D that's my passion. Ebay is always open now as I revived an old Ebay business at the start of the year and that has been busy from the start. Other than that it's just email and the news and weather a few times a day.

Sorry, just could not resist that edit.
