check out of old house-question

We were sent a report that was done last week, checking us out of our old property. We have been sent some ammendments today. One of the issues raised is the removal of a sky dish and wiring. Landlord claims we never asked for permision, but we asked the agents when we collected our keys, if it was ok to have sky installed, which they said 'yes' to. Nothing in writing though (which I know was a mistake). I know the landlord has a right to ask for removal, but is it not just a bit petty? Thing is, if we are not allowed back into the property (which we are not), how can we get the wiring removed other than cutting it off at the wall? There are lots of other petty errors, which we intend fighting to the death if we need to but this sky dish is so unbelievable, I wanted to know what you guys think. Oh, landlord knew it was installed when she visited the property once and never said a thing about it.
Finally, if the agent sends us a report, then sends us another claiming their computer system failed to send the whole report, can we stick to our guns and stick with the original report? Each page is numbered 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc, so its not like a page is missing.
The whole report means us getting the deposit back or not.

When there's a knock at the door, why do dogs always think its for them?

If the Skydish was not there when you moved in, and you have no written consent for it, then it should be removed.
You don't describe the property - in many blocks of flats, for instance, they are prohibted by the terms of the lease, so LL would have to remove it. But even if this were not a factor, it should be removed (along with wiring, and making good any holes/damage).

LL claims there is no lightbulb in 3rd bedroom-there is and it works. LL claims shower does not work and wa not reported-it worked the day we left the property. LL claims a door handle is broke-in exactly the same condition as when we moved in. LL claims the house needs cleaning but we thoroughly cleaned it before we handed keys in. LL claims cooker needs cleaning but has it wrote in contract that we can use it but if it breaks, its down to us to reapir or replace-oven hasnt worked properly since day 1, so Im not paying for something to be cleaned that will probably be scrapped. However, she never got the mould/damp repaired, or the shoddy electrical wiring checked out. We have been living in hell for 12 months. It took a letter from environmental health to get a storage heater replaced. When there's a knock at the door, why do dogs always think its for them?0
