Male USB 'A' to phono plugs (TV)?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I know almost as much about digital cameras as I do about gardening.
OK here goes. Picked up a cheap digital camera but, although it has a female USB 'A' socket for connecting to a computer, it doesn't have a socket so it can be connected to a TV for viewing the pictures.
Is it possible to get a connector lead with a male USB 'A' plug on one end and phono plugs on the other - or are the technologies not compatible?

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

No, if your camera doesn't have a TV output you cannot use the USB as this is a serial data output only for connection to a USB compatible port.0

Probably not the cheapest prices, but might be useful for you!Blah0 -
Another alternative is to use a DVD player with an in-built card reader.0

What is the make and model of the camera? There is usually a mini jack socket for TV out. That gum you like is coming back in style.0
