 Seems like they rely on credit account trade and larger companies where the secretary ordering is enticed to double the order for a free box of chocolates.
 Anyway bubble wrap probably falls into a category of something that is over competitive on Ebay and Amazon, so cheaper to buy there. Selling it, on the other hand, must be a nightmare. Bulky for storage and shipping, over competitive, so limited margins and need high turn over..0
