Disappointing amount of view on Zoopla

Hi All,

Just looked at my house for sale on Zoopla, and noticed it's only had 43 views in the last 30 days. Is there anything I can do to get this promoted better etc? I am really need of a sooner, rather than later sale. Haven't had any viewings in 2 weeks.

Is there anything on the pictures which could be discouraging viewings? do you have a floor plan?

Erm well your place sold twice in 2006 for £93k and then £123k, then again in 2009 for £115k.

I suspect its not worth much more than 2003 type prices. So the problem is price.

Really? I had an offer that eventually fell through for 105k so I didn't think the price was too bad? Maybe you're right.

Looks like a nice house but the pics aren't the best. I would suggest getting them redone. I'm not sure if its in the same condition now but a few things I noticed. I'd de-clutter as much as possible.

Remove the shoe rack, clothes horse, ladder and items on the black shelf.

Is there a reason why the blinds aren't fully open? Opening the blinds could make the kitchen look much brighter.

Remove hanging clothes on the radiator, guitar, put some bed linen on and remove the books next to the bed.

Interesting bed sheets. Have you considered quickly repainting the room neutral cream or less bold bed sheets? Remove blue sack / bag and box of biscuits.

See I didn't think the pictures were too bad which is why it's good to get an outsider opinion. Nearly all of the actions bar the shoe rack have been done. I'm a little bit concerned about the price now the other poster said that. Although one that's just up the road is SOLD STC, not sure for what price, was priced at 115k.

Are you able to re-do some of your photos? I'd lose the shoe rack and clutter in front sitting room, move the clothes off the radiator in bedroom and generally have a bit of a straighten up in the bedrooms, fix the curtains etc. The kitchen pic is disappointing even though it's a really lovely kitchen - but it looks dark, and half-drawn blinds are never a good look. The view is gorgeous!

I would definitely get the pictures redone. Is the property also being marketed on Rightmove?

If other properties are being marketed / sold for a similar price then I can't see the price being an issue at this stage. You could drop to £109,950, it may be picked up in more search results.
