I just added £64.10 to my total as I used my Tesco vouchers to purchase my RAC membership for me and my son (my hubby has road assistance from work). The online price is £99.60 for the cover we wanted and we used £31.50 in tesco vouchers so a massive £64.10 saved. This is a great way to use the Tesco vouchers.

On the subject of the next challenge, if you are looking for someone to oversee then I'd like to put myself forward for at least the first half.

I'm spending the summer recovering from an operation and to be honest, it would keep me occupied :)

I can do a newsletter and spreadsheets as Wings did too if you'd like

I'd be joining the challenge too, originally went for bronze, am now on verge of getting silver and have car insurance and cashback on that and a couple of other things too, so know I'll go over the silver mark :j .

If this new challenge starts I'll not open my dragon moneybox although it might be better if I empty it into the wisky bottle every few weeks and then I'll know how it's going!

I definitely like the idea of it being a countdown to Christmas Challenge. How many of us skint ourselves to buy presents and how much better would it be if we could just take it in our stride!

I think it is a great idea Gemmzie - I really enjoy seeing how everyone is doing and keeping updated - it helps to keep me on track too!

    Hi everyone,

I agree that we should start the challenge again. It made me much more aware of the 'extra' money I acquired - as well as making me think of ways to get some more, and I can't believe how much it totals up.

New income for me: Amazon sales 16.24 and a Pigsback voucher for John Lewis I've just used for £10

    bringing total to 2578.70

    rumbly x
