Yahoo Email sign in problem

Can anyone help, when I try to sign into my Yahoo email it says "You are logging in from a device we don't recognise" and is asking me a secret question, I can't remember the answer and am just going round in circles and getting locked out after 3 attempts.
Has anyone else had this and if so how did you resolve it.

I had this recently too.
On yahoo help page it gives this link if you cant remember the answer

If anyone else has this problem click the link above, choose yahoo account, password and sign in, forgot my secret questions and answers then go on live chat, she added another email account I have access to and I re set the password that way. Took a while but was successfull.
