Thurs - Fish and chips (from the freezer not the chippie...) with HM mushy peas
    Friday - HM curry
Saturday - sweet and spicy chicken pieces in slow cooker with broccoli & chips or rice

Breakfasts are HM porridge pots with oats, dried milk and dried fruit - topped up with boiling water in work

    Hi

I have to stick to my meal plans, and stick to my shopping list. I am spending far too much, OH and I are saving to move house, and it will never happen if I don't reign in the spending.

Breakfasts will be Cereal or Crumpets. Lunches will be Tuna/Ham Sandwiches, Poached Eggs on Toast, Beans on Toast or Homemade Soup & Crusty Roll.

Snacks will be fruit, low fat yoghurts, low fat crisps.
