I know is so frustrating. I have had 5 and like you missed over 50! Although sometimes i have caught them but didn't want them as they weren't local and i wasn't going to in the town at the time.

On the subject of GR, i am due to be paid for at least 3 out of the 4 i have done recently today, they were completed on the 18th/21st October and 2nd november (one also on the 12th but it'll be too soon for that to pay). Surely i shouldn't have to wait too much longer to be paid for these, they are sitting at payment pending....

In short: Has anyone had a payment processed today from GR?
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

I can't help you there I'm afraid. Haven't managed to get any to be paid

I thought GR were paying twice a month now. 1st and the 15th or am I getting them mixed up with somewhere else?

Yeah just looked on their FAQ's it is the 1st and 15th. So you should be due or have had the first 3 payments.

Also says it takes 2 or 3 days to reach your account.

GR haven't paid me today & I have ones dated back to the 17th October outstanding. Last month they paid me on the 19th. I have no idea what thier pay dates are, they seem to fluctuate with the weather! But GR are pretty reliable & do pay up!

I thought GR worked on a 28ish days basis rather than set dates?

    I've learned
    a) not to expect money from any MS company on a particular date except gap who
    b) will always pay the wrong amount!

    Thanks Timmne

Thats really helpful. Sole-trader it is then! Having just filled up at a much more expensive rate than I would normally I would agree that I never buy petrol at this particular store unless its for a job.

I was hopeful for payment on the first but that came and went..... so i figured the money would be handy mid month.

Nope. All mine say Pending Payment

I do like GR because they pay twice a month, and it seems that as long as you did the assignment before the payment date you get paid for it. Last month I did one the day before the payment date and got paid for it! :j :j :j

One of the companies - I cant remember which - you have to wait until the END of the following month - so, for assignments done at the beginning of November (which GR will be paying now) this other company won't pay until the END of December

  • remember with GR that u havent really missed over 50 as some u can only accept one for that company even if they have say 6 listed.

I still have ones from last month to be paid too and some from this month - fingers crossed its sorted in the next few days
  • Not sure I like the whole idea of mystery shopping as don't have the cash up front to pay for goods and then have to wait to get paid.
