Well I would like to say if you take MS seriously it can pay off v. well.
I had a phone call from a field marketing company to whom I sent my details in MAY! They also do MS.
I have just landed myself a part time job in a local superstore ordering and merchandising all the makeup.
The main thing that swung it was MS showed I can work on my own initiative, meet tight deadlines and v. precise instructions, and have merchandising/compliance experience from doing the MS.
I will still carry on MS ing when it fits in of course! Free food (well kind of ...) and extra tenners here and there are always welcome!Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
I have done reading too!

Hi All,
Have just done second mystery shop for Grass Roots. Anway wot i wanted to know was, can someone tell me wot surveys u can do and how much u get for them? Any advice gratefully received.0 -
hi guys,
I'm looking to take up mystery shopping, I could do with the financial boost over xmas as I'm organising an anniversary party for my mum in February (the stupid things we do!) and have a couple of questions if you don't mind.
I was thinking of only signing up to one company to begin with, until I get the hang of it then look to add more. Is there one company thats better for a newby? Are there any to avoid at the start for complicated instructions etc? How hard are the forms adn tax things?
Thanks very much for all your help, am hoping to be more of a regular to the ms scene and hopefully give some help back once I get on my feet.
Cheers x0 -
TNS is probably the best to start with as they will do your tax for you so if you decide its not for you you don't have the hassle of sorting out a tax return fo only a few pounds.0

Cheers Timmne - may take you up on that as now have another job booked for next week!!0

lynsayjane - i have found RE really good - make sure you don't book an assignment too far in advance, as a newbie you are only allowed to do one to begin with bfore they let you do other assignments0

Hi there,
I was just wondering if anybody had done any work for P in P? Have read through the whole thread and I don't think I have seen anything about them.
I think they do a lot of phone MSing.
I'm a newbie to all this too!0
