I'm still unsure because I have appealed to Excel do I have to go down the POPLA route or if they don't except my appeal going by what most people say they won't.
Im going to just ignore any letters the same way and if they take me to court stand my ground:money:
What do you think?

Do you HAVE to use POPLA? NO. But why wouldn't you, what a waste of a first appeal if you don't bother with the winning one!
Should you use POPLA after appealing getting a rejection? YES, we advise that on every thread except the Scotland ones and any non-AOS member ones!
Come back when you get the rejection but in the meantime read plenty of other threads where POPLA appeal wording is being discussed. Was this the Peel Centre? If so then put the keyword 'Peel' into the 'search this forum' button and change the default to 'show posts' instead of 'show threads'. Then do the same search for 'show posts' for the keyword 'POPLA'. The search facility is on the right above all the threads on this parking forum.
Most important - DO NOT just fire off a weak 'this is what happened' appeal at POPLA stage.
Most people win at POPLA which makes the PPC cancel the fake PCN at their expense as they have to pay POPLA! What's not to like about that?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
