749 feedback yet hasnt paid for 99p item?

Buyer has 749 positive feedback 100% yet hasnt paid for a 99p pair of sandals + £2.60 postage

It doesnt bother me greatly as I will relist and probably get more for them

But ive had a look through the feedback and there is one false positive in the last couple of months

Why is she willing to risk her account? Strange!

It's not uncommon. Most non payers have higher feedback in my experience.
Stuff happens. People forget. Oddly enough Ebay isn't the most important part of some people's lives;)

I thought that but she has feedback from today and yesterday from about 4 people saying "superfast payer" "instant payment"

    Odd!

But these could have been won by snipe bids. I sometimes place bids with snipe before going away.

Try sending another payment reminder...no reply after 24 hours then open a NPB.

Open a NPB, if people are going on holiday they should contact the seller prior to bidding to ask if it's ok to pay at their leisure.

I've had two similar cases in the last 2 wks. Both times the buyer put in a snipe and forgot about it and went on holiday.
    No big deal.

It is a big deal for me which is why I now just open an NPB on day 4 and close it 4 days later. I also block all those buyers who have two or more strikes.
