I'm not too bad thanks sf. I went through a bit of a worrying time earlier, as my 21 year old son had not returned to his Dad's house last night after a night out on the town. He's turned up now though, but his Dad's not too happy that he didn't ring to say where he was. I'm a bit annoyed because he was supposed to come over for Sunday Lunch! He can be so inconsiderate at times, but I'm just glad nothing bad has happened to him.

Anyway, hope you've all had a good weekend (((hugs))) to all :A .

I've had a great weekend - I went rope climbing/swinging on saturday morning, and sailing in the afternoon the rope climbing was two things - one was up a huge tree and then you're harnessed onto a rope swing, and you step off backwards off a ledge and go swinging off over the trees! It took me a few moments to get up the courage to step off, but it was so good, I'm so glad I did The second one was climbing up a telegraph pole, stand on the top and then jump off and try and grab hold of a post hanging in the air (you're in a harness, totally safe) well, I was shaking so much from nerves, the pole was shaking because I was shaking, and I missed the post! lol but it was good.
The sailing in the afternoon was on a lake, in indivual yellow and pink boats. It was good, but there was hardly any wind, so not as good as it could have been

What next week......?

Heated up to a high temperature in a furnace.....then quickly dipped into a bucket of cold water?

Hope all is well,I am fine today,I have been out doing some shopping for milk,fruit and a newspaper

I am off to a pub to do karioke for the afternoon and have my meal out of Sausage and chips

SF: sounds like you have had a very action packed weekend,glad you enjoyed yourself

hope RBK is getting better but so glad shes getting the help she needs

Has the nurse called yet?

Not yet - still waiting. Am back at the doctors tomorrow so I'll chase it up then

I went to see my Doctor today and got sent straight to hospital. Had blood tests and everything came back OK. They tried to contact my social worker but she's away this week. They have got me an appointment at the mental health hospital tomorrow so yeah that's all that happened. The Doctor that I saw in hospital was very nice. She said herself that I really need some kind of help.
