Ohhh I am sound wound up!! Got a call from the school, ds isn't well, got kicked in ribs playing football. Ok no problem but have to drive 17 miles to get there so won't be there for a little while. Put my foot down to get there asap. Get to school, cars parked all over the place so park in school grounds. Saw school caretaker explained what I was doing. Well you would have thought I had just cut his b@lls off! So I had a row with him. While waiting for my son to come out, I went to move my car and the caretaker held the door open for me and smiled. I gave him a filthy look and didn't say thank you for holding the door open (that's not like me).
Picked my son up who is really miserable and won't tell me the full story. That winds me up.
Now I feel guilty and want to cry because of my argument with the insensitive, agressive caretaker!!
Sorry just had to get that off my chest.Life is like a box of chocolates, ya never know what yer gonna get0 -

(HUGS) Karrie, I hope your ds is okay, and that you are too. x xBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Aww thanks SF. Don't know why I let things like that get to me. I always feel guilty even when it's not my fault.
DS is fine but there is more to what happened and he won't tell me. He's been crying. But if he won't tell me I can't help him solve the problem.
I won't molly coddle him - I am not that sort of person but I am open and will do anything to help him but he won't budge.
Blimey he's not even a teen yet:eek:Life is like a box of chocolates, ya never know what yer gonna get0 -
Give him time, I'm sure he'll tell you in a bit. He might still be in shock and embarrassed about it all? -hugs- xBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
