westclok, Unfortunately anti-depressants aren't magic pills. They might help you to feel better but they don't help solve any of the real problems in our lives.

It's understandable that you are feeling so low after recently breaking up with your girlfriend. However, in time the the feelings that you are experiencing at the moment will subside.

Hopefully when you get to speak to a counsellor the combination of anti-depressants and talk therapy will be a big help.

Longest day, not that I notice, but if I could choose a day - I had to get something out of life, apart from height and build :T No idea if it adds to my spirituality, but it makes me a better man

I've just finished writing some letters and got a call to say there's more to do yet :mad: grrrr.. lol
And I'm driving myself mad tracking a parcel on the DHL site, I ordered myself a new pink laptop bag and it should come today, lol

I'm watching what's left of my marbles rolling across the floor away from me :rotfl:

My flatmate watches which in turn means I watch bits, but I couldn't watch it for very long, especially as all of them this year are not very nice :mad:
