Virgin Money Problems

Options
Hi
Is anyone having problems with Virgin Moneys website at the moment?

Also if a faster payment doesnt go through who is responsible the sending bank(Virgin) or the receiving bank.

TIA

Hi The sending bank should check where they have sent the funds, they are the ones in a position to track the funds and should be able to confirm the sort code and account number the funds have been sent to. It might be worth checking those details were correct.

In short if you talk to the sending bank they should help you.

See the faster payments home page to ensure both the sending bank and receiving bank are part of the scheme. I cant post the link just type in faster payments on google.
