positive feedback with negative comments

Hi, can someone remind me how I can address a seller leaving positive feedback with an (undeserved!) negative comment. I understand I can request its removal? How?
Just to clarify, this was a seller who failed to deliver and lost an ebay case, but proceeded to give me a positive feedback but saying ' beware this buyer he is a con man etc etc.......'

Are you using a seller account then or are you getting buyer and seller confused?Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.0 -
Sorry meant I am the buyer, and the seller has left me a positive but with very negative comments.
I have now found the ebay rule for reporting 'false positive' feedbacks. thanks.

Anyone know how long ebay usually take to respond? I reported the false positive 24hrs ago and have not yet had an acknowledgement and the feedback is still there.
I wouldn't ordinarily be overly bothered, but am selling a lot of expensive things on ebay at the moment which are in the middle of a seven day auction, and I don't want my buyers to be put off if they check my feedback and see these (false) negative comments. Thanks.

I'd phone them and they should take it down quite quickly and give the seller a warning.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
