Will EDF wait this long to change me over?

Got a BG fix till July 12th , but the EDF fixed til Feb 15 that I want, is only on offer till 30th April. Can you choose a tarrif whilst its on offer and request that they dont complete the change till after a certain date considering the move takes a couple of months (or used to)?

No, you can't. A switch normally takes 4-5 weeks.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Oh dear ! Bummer! For once a speeded up system is thwarting me! Thanks Macman. Just have to wait and see whats around a bit later then. My cheap rate with BG actually finishes a month before my year anniversary with them, which I have to complete in order to get the £100 bonus!0
