Thank you

We have finally exchanged on a house and just wanted to say a big thank you to for all of the advice, support and tips that we have received on this forum over the last couple of months.

Hopefully nothing will go wrong now before competition, can anybody think of anything that could happen?

Cheers again

    Nah! I won't:

    * seller dies and property gets held up for 7 months in probate
    * Seller's new house falls through (or they just change their mind & decide they don't like it) so they refuse to move out
    * seller's dog buries bone in garden, digs through gas cable, owner lights ciggy in garden and......
    *

sorry. Really sorry. I get carried away after midnight.....

It will all be fine. Enjoy your new home :T

Sellers dog finds bone, human bone. Entire patio and garden covered, we all get to see front of your new home on the news for the next month.

    Nah.... Relax, choose champagne, enjoy.

    Excellent - good luck!

My mortgage offer's in at long last, and that was pretty much the last thing on my purchase at my end. The vendor's got a couple of things to sort still, but hopefully I should manage to complete on 22 April (my sale's already set for then).

All very stressy! You can get on with the boring stuff like contacting everyone now!

-house gets flooded, sellers 'forgot' to renew their insurance?
-you meet your new neighbours, and realise why they were always "out" when you were viewing
-Claire gets a positive reading on her Clear Blue gadget

    you did ask.............

Just kidding, many congratulations!. It will be a lovely home :-)
