I think it's bad on the non-priority booking site that you don't get the date or place confirmed until after you've paid! Glad I got a priority code and booked yesterday

Are you flexible on dates? if there is only one place you can go i suggest you put in 3 dates and 3 places that you know are fully taken. Ive just been on the site, the 3 august dates and 22th july and minehead(118) skegness (33) and thorpe park (37) show no availability. Try it to make sure there is still nothing available. Click amend and add the park you actually want. provided you can do all these dates if you get accepted it must be for the park you actually want.

I think this is right.

Could anyone help with customer service contacts for The Sun please? I have just put my options in online (the website without the priority code). You dont get to see what you've been allocated until payment has been taken and there has been an error in the options. Instead of it registering park 44 which is Blue Dolphin in Yorkshire it has booked us for area 44 which is Holland and a park called Koningshof. It must be a mistake in the online form or something but now I'm in a complete panic about them taking the money and I don't know how to get in touch with them to cancel. Can anyone offer any advice please? The terms and conditions say you can't cancel but it's booked something we didn't type in so I'm hoping they can help. Thank you.

Thank you for the replies but Thanks to a very nice person giving me a priority code I have managed to book a weekend away at winkups in towyn.

Am I correct on saying that if you cannot provide three different dates when you can go then you cannot use this method of booking? We cannot be flexible on our dates due to holidays from work being at a certain time.
