I dont know but I'm sure someone will be along to answer your querie.
I would imagine if you sold it you would split any profit made according to how much each of put into the mortgage. Maybe contact the CAB for more information.Just owe Dad £2500 for a new car

Sell the house, then split any equity according to how much deposit/% of mortgage you each paid.
Otherwise just agree to split equity 50/50... then split up the furniture equally!!
