You are going on as if you have some legal right to cancel (excluding their T&Cs) you don't.

You bought them you keep them.

Keyaziz, did you miss post #11?

As it stands at the moment, you have no right to cancel.

My bank disagrees (who have an equal legal obligation as the company becauses its a credit card) and so do Citizen's Advice. They stated that the law isn't black and white in these matters and that it would be different if I had cancelled a few days later as opposed to before they had been made.

This is why the bank have sent me the paperwork. I spoke to them directly on the phone about the issue.

Many reputable online specs shops give full refunds for any reason now, even if you just receive the glasses and don't like them, so next time don't waste your time with these sort of scammers.

Sorry, I must be on the wrong thread. I couldve sworn the OP was about cancelling an order and not about being scammed.

Has you bank seen the T&Cs, or, at least, do they know the company's name?

If so, they have an advantage over us on this forum, don't they?

    OK, I'll ask again...

Because you still haven't allowed us to look at their T&Cs, I am sorry but without them the conclusion must be that you have no right to cancel.

So you don't believe in personal responsibility.
