Just put in a claim

Ive just put in a claim to Halifax as Im stuck in their cycle of charges and now they are taking up to £100 a month off of me :(
I also spoke to a very rude and unhelpful member of their telephone banking team who informed me that "I get to straighten myself out" to which I automatically started crying, not crocodile tears at all, just the fact that I have worked so hard and made them a lump sum a few months ago which has clearly made no difference at all. Ive never been spoken to with such disrespect in my life from a bank :(

Heres hoping my claim is successful!

Thank you :)

only if the charges are unfair, but since the banks won the court case about bank charges your complaint will be unsuccessful.
