Just looked at the two best savings rates suggested on this site - and the reviews of the banks offering them.
On the basis of the reviews, I wouldn't consider using them. Their customer service seems appallingly badly organised.
Why doesn't this site automatically link to the review sites? or offer its own review site? It might put pressure on some of these banks to get their act together.
