Turbo lister help please!

Hi all, I have been trying the ebay store approach lately and started to use Turbo lister (Oh dear!! I know, possibly a mistake) anyway, I have encountered a few problems.
I want to use a csv file to load multiple products into turbo lister and have followed the ebay guides religiously. The process wasn't working so I contacted ebay live chat and all they keep doing is telling me to un-install my currevt version and upload a new version. I have done this 4 times now this week but I am still encountering the same issues.
The file>select files for export option is not available. It is visible but I cannot click on it. The plan is to export some templates I already have in TL into a spreadsheet, add my csv file info and import it back into TL. Boy is this frustrating.
I bow to your superior knowledge and ask if anyone out there can point me in the right direction for some answers. I am pretty clued up on csv but the TL software is profoundly baffling.
Any help would be appreciated as I need to chip away at the selling targets. Mike
