parcelforce datapost?

Has anyone sent a parcel overseas using parcelforce and using the international datapost?
And can you tell me the item is guaranteed 3 days which it say on there book and on there website and which i used before and was there on the 2/3 days they say.
Well problem is i have used them again and my parcel should have been at its place on friday and it has not and its only just left the uk and tracking has been poor.
Now that they have not given the service i paid for can i claim a refund for the postage as it was not cheap and did not get there in time.
Im sure i ready somewhere that you get 100% back can anyone confrim this or had the same problem before?

I would try a claim. Is this the gereral form you get in the post office about delayed lost mail?
Worth following up anyway. I know you get your money back on a late SD.
