Anyone know where is the best/cheapest place to buy Brestfeeding/Nursing Bras.
They do them in Debenhams for £18 but wanted to know if they were more cheaply available elsewhere.
Any info appreciated.
Kind regards

Hi Col
not sure how soon you need them but I managed to pick up a few in Mothercare in the sale they were 75 % off and cost around £3 or £4, When I was feeding my little un.
There's also a Mothercare outlet store that a member of staff told me about, but for the life of me I cant remember where it was, hopefully another member will know, failing that if theres one nearby you could ask in store, I'll remember to pop in and ask when im in town next week.Nobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission

Thanks for your offer Sarah but they would be too small.
Due in just over 2 weeks.

I bought some about 6 months ago from Asda for £7 each.
Not as pretty as M&S but brill value and not too expensive for the first couple of weeks when you don't know what size you're going to be.
If it's your first time expect to be quite big for a few weeks, then after a month or so they should settle down in size. After about 6 months you may only be one size bigger than normal. I bought one really nice one for 'best' and wore the cheap ones (and old ones from first baby) for the rest of the time.

Thanks Jay-Jay, yeah its my first so appreciate advise.

Hi
There is also the NCT bras. Most branches have a "bra lady" who is specially triained in fitting bras. The bras are good quality and wash well and also go up to BIG sizes that can be hard to find in the high street. You can use the online shop too but obviuosly you dont get fitted then!

I was going to say Asda, too, and as far as I remember, they even had some for £5 (I might be wrong!). Anyway, I found them reasonably good quality, and they do them in black, too, which is nice.
At least at that price, you can get quite a few, as you'll need them 24/7!
And good luck!

You can turn a normal bra into a nursing bra, too.
Look here for a guide on how to do it. (No, I don't have a baby but I have seen this site recced elsewhere.)0 -
We've only got normal bras in our Asda.
Got a cheap one in H + M £3 in the sales.
I got the rest from Jojo Maman Bebe...£24 for 2, not the cheapest I know, but they are comfy and don't mention cup sizes! Lots of discount codes kicking around the forum for this company if you go with them.
Badger, thanks for weblink...however it looks like huge hassle for me to attempt...I'd much rather save sanity than money!!!!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
