Hi all,
I've seen reviews for mint.com which looks like a good online central site to manage your accounts, budgets etc. in lots of different ways. I don't believe that it operates in the UK as yet, but a quick Google reveals similar UK based products such as money dashboard and the like.
These all seem like good ways to help you visualise your spending trends and manage them accordingly. My only concern is that to register with one of these sites I would need to pass on my personal account details to a third party - surely this invalidate any assurance that my bank would give me in relation to fraud protection etc...
Has anyone addressed this issue or have I miss-understood how these management tools work?

It's simple enough to make a spreadsheet of all your income and expenditure i can't see why anyone would trust personal information to someone else.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.
