We did have the valuation yesterday, my mortgage advisor emailed me today to say that we have a mortgage offer! Which is unbelievably fast. Have you heard about yours?

Well done with your your offer, thats great news, hope everything goes well for you to complete.

Unfortunately my decision is still on hold and being delayed. Was told by MB that Halifax had sent fax to my accountants for income verification ON Monday however they say they are yet to receive it, my MB had told me that Halifax are apparently having IT problems and therefore delaying the fax being sent and it has been put back in the queue to be re-sent. Very frustrated!:mad:
