We're selling up and moving 300 miles down west. Our house sale is already going through (much quicker than expected!), so we have a local solicitor starting on that.
We'll shortly be viewing houses to buy, and were wondering if it's best to use a different solicitor down west with local knowledge, or stick with the one doing the sale for simplicity?
Are there any searches that would require local knowledge, or anything else to think of?
