Could someone let me know the cheapest method of using these numbers. I have been trying to use 'saynoto0870' alternatives but the companies are getting wise to this and are not putting calls through. They are saying that the company staff will not speak to the public unless the 0870 or 0845 numbers are used. They say they are cheap calls and they do not make any money from them but if, as I do, you have cheap methods of calling it is more expensive to use the national and local numbers.
