Where are my fees?

Morning all,
Sorry if this has been previosuly discussed but I'm determined to push this through with Barclays. Had my statements back and have gone through the whole lot with a fine tooth comb - all my charges for unpaid DDs and returned cheques are there but can't seem to find any fees paid for going over my overdraft limit. And I know I got hit a fair few times during University for exactly that.
Anyone else encountered this problem or am I not looking hard enough.
Any help would be appreciated

Cheers

Not sure tbh, the charge should be listed as 'overdraft excess fee' charge. How long did it take you to get statements back from Barclays ? I'm still waiting for mine

  • Kez,
Took me 40 days!! Sent letter to my local branch (Barclays) but when speaking on the phone to customer services I mentioned I still hadn't had them back. They told me I should have sent them to the main office.
As I was about to post a second letter my accounts arrived, complete with my unused cheque!
    Best of luck
