Well that sets alarm bells ringing for me straight away as the phone number doesn't match the address, Bury would be an 0161 dialling code, plus I live near Bury and have never heard of Martin and co or seen an office on The Rock.
I used to work in an estate agents in the area and of the heywood estate agents the two we were always happy to work with as they didn't mess about were Ryder Dutton and Andrew Kelly. Of course this was nearly 10 years ago so things may have changed since.0 -
The 01706 prefix is for Rochdale which is about 3 miles away from Heywood.

My neighbours home is let by Andrew Kelly who have an office in Heywood. They've never had any trouble as far as I am aware. Sold a property with then once and they were excellent. Others are Mark Boulton & Ryder & Dutton. Hope this helps.0
