How many balance transfers ru allowed on a 0% card?

Hi all,
Love this site be gratefull if anyone can help. Recently got an AmexPlatinum, as a back up I want another card in case we don't make the payments in full. Should we get a 0% card and transfer balances a few times a year (if this is possible) or get an AmexBlue which has a low rate and you can tranfer up to 12 times.
Basically I want the option of clearing the balance of one card with another a few times a year....
