Car insurance 50% cancellation penalty clause on top of loads of other clauses

All the cancellation fees came to around 60% after first deducting the percentage of yearly cover i actually recieved. Its the 50% I shall be sueing them over. I did use unlawful in the actual letter I just said illegal on this thread in my usual colloquial posting lingo.

Recieved a letter back mainly ignoring what i had said and fobbing me off, so I shall get back on at them.
