Can't see there's much to be gained by handing over enforcement of arrears to HMRC. The only thing they can do that the CSA can't is make someone bankrupt. Child maintenance debt is not extinguished on bankruptcy.
So return to go. Do not collect £200.0 -
Just a thought maybe i shouldn't kevin and the S diva !!!!! will be out in full force but i cant help but think the PWC is always quick to go running to the csa over a share of the nrp earnings income, but would they be so quick to share some of the nrp's debt incurred NO I THINK NOT.
How dare these Single mums and mums with second families have the finest 40 inch plus flat screen tvs, play stations and takeaways every night when most nrp's or nrp's with second families are living in Universal Poverty
When Universal Credit is introduced in October and CTC and WTC are no longer used then a little balance should be restored.0 -

I hope you can see that life is never black and white. For every single parent you describe above there is a NRP bucking the system and not paying at all. I know people from all 4 sides of the argument. The dead beat dads, the emotionally involved but financially crippled dads, the leeching, partying mothers, and the mothers left in poverty while their ex lives the high life.
Can you expand on how Universal Credit will make differences please?
Finally to all....the e petition isn't mine. I came across it on a google search and thought I would post it on here to try and raise a few more signatures. It probably won't change anything but nothing is lost by putting it here.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

Because when Universal Credit is introduced WTC and CTC are part of it and will no longer be claimed from HMRC but from the DWP and will no longer be assessed as part of the NRP'S income but treated as a benefit as they was always intended to be so people with second families will be spared poverty until some bright spark comes up with another stupid one size fits all scheme.0 -
As someone who has arrears with 2 NRPs of over £8000 from 4+ years ago, I believe that arrears should accrue interest or at the very least be adjusted for inflation. They are effectively getting an interest free loan from me and no success in getting arrears from either is ever forthcoming. No assets, no savings, no property and no means to pay the arrears.0
