ESA Job trial

Hi i currently claim esa and i am in the work related activity group i have been attending work focused interviews and i have found a job that i am interested in however im not sure if i will be able to sustain the physical demands from the job for long I THINK i will be ok but im just worried if it becomes too much for me will i be able to claim esa again straight away? is there a period of time you have to wait or can they force you to claim JSA instead? i want to get back into work im just not sure if ill be able to keep it up but i want to give it a try however i don't want to take job find out i can't cope and then be told i can not longer claim esa again!
