I recently took advantage of capital one card for 0% cash transfer to bank account offer to try clear some payday loans.
All absolutely fine until they tried to make the transfer to my Natwest bank... C1 have to do a verification that my bank account matches my information before the payment can go through and it kept coming back as verification denied.
Cue many phone calls to both Natwest and cap 1...I checked details with both and my name address phone number account numbers date of birth etc and everything is exactly the same on both sides but ... Computer says no!! Natwest say their info is fine and they can't do anything capital one say the same and there's no work around which is very unhelpful as the card is useless to me now.
I have even checked the format of addresses and that first line of address is on line 1 etc and they are both identical!!! I am at my wits end and neither Natwest or capital one are willing to help me
Even tried with savings account that didn't work either and it has to be my account in my name and address so I'm stuck
Please help I'm stuck in the middle with both blaming each other !!!
