What cable wireless router?

barnet_lady

Sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong place?

I have just signed upto Virgin's cable 4MB deal (can't get very good telephone broadband in my area). I need a good router that won't slow my speed down for me, and doesn't cost more than about £30. I know about the deal on ebuyer from previous threads, but I'm a tad confused by it all! I already have a wireless receiver (thing!?!) in the back of my computer, just need the router. PLEASE HELP!!

Any of these 802.11g DSL routers should do the job

Thanks a lot - another question though
I'd be looking at possibly having 2-3 computers running off this in the future (and possibly increasing BB to 10GB). Will this router be suffice? I'm confused!

Although it costs more I found the offerings from Netgear are a LOT easier to setup - the process involves pictures and questions rather than technical stuff.

I have never done one before and was up and running in 10 mins, and it hasn't fallen over for 6 months of consequtive use
