Ebay site layout changing ................ Again !

Has anyone else noticed ebay website layout changing, then going back to old layout, then back to new layout ?

Yet again they are changing layout in ways I don't like.

Been on beta testing for a while. Look out for some turbo charged searching coming soon, probably two weeks before it will be working properly.

    Don't like:

-wider rows/spacing for items displayed in search
    -price slider
-swopping Price & End Time/Date columns

My most used option on the left distance... Moved to a menu the other day.

What a PITA that is/was. I dont want to go through a menu to simply click a max distance for an item.

Oh yeah, I didn't know that !

Where's the Distance/Postcode option on left gone ??

I use that option in 1 search I use & hadn't noticed, hadn't tried in new site layout yet.

The biggest problem is the very pale colours being used. It makes it difficult and very tiring to read, especially if you have a visual impairment.

I have told e-bay this, but doubt they will not pay much attention as they have zero response to customer feedback unless it agrees with what they want.

Reminds me of a few years ago on my local radio consumer programme.
Companies were invited on to the programme to answer listeners queries/complaints.

E-bay/PayPal were invited on to the programme but only agreed if they could see and vet the questions first - unlike every other company that took part. As a result their appearance turned out to be nothing but a propaganda exercise for them.

I noticed the changes yesterday and they are awful. The letters are a different size and colour and very difficult to read if your vision is impared or even in a bright room.

I changed the bright orange section dividers though to tone that down a bit but its still awful to use

They rarely employ anyone who knows what they are talking about, especially at a mid level. Amazon is similar, although a little better at answering customers on something they have asked.

I'm not a fan of the balloons that seem to be popping up all over, otherwise it's not too terrible, but can see how others wouldn't like it. I'm assuming they're trying to get parity with mobile. I find myself using mobile app more and more, for buying especially it is so much easier to navigate.

Brilliant, so the site look is degraded on a desktop Pc.
