I purchased my tri-weekly (:() L'Oreal Sublime Mousse hair dye last week, got everything ready to dye on Sunday evening, emptied the contents of the box and no gloves
. L'Oreal never seem to seal the bottom of the box (?!).
I wrote to L'Oreal suggesting that perhaps they start to seal the bottom so this doesn't happen again and they sent me a letter arriving this morning with £9 vouchers for L'Oreal products.
Fantastic! Well done L'Oreal, that will buy me another 1.5 hair dyes!
Thing is, they kept telling me that they were sorry for my wife's inconvenience and they hoped the vouchers would help towards my wife's next purchase. My wife?! I'm female and single! I never mentioned a wife!! *bemused* :embarasse

Similar story when my husband contacted Lego about a distorted piece our son's set. Despite my husband referring to our son in his email, they sent a new piece but asked my husband to ask his parents to let him join the Lego club.
He asked my MIL but she said no because he's forty and should grow up.0
