First AQE test this weekend, how is everyone?

At this stage I am really looking forward to getting the first test behind my dd, I think this will settle her, it seems to have dragged on for so long, I will be glad to see the back of it!

Well how did your wee ones get on today, 1 down 2 to go. My daughter was reasonably happy and thought it wasn't to bad -I'll take that as a good sign

My daughter did the test today. She was 'cool about it' but she's glad it's over with. She's not looking forward to the next three.

Hi transfertestchopper.... I live in south east Belfast and in my sons school lowest was 67 highest was 113.... With my son getting 92 and a c1 in the gl.... Very shocked as he was scoring a lot higher in practice, our hopes of wellington are near dead. Going to see the head in morning but I'm under no illusion it won't b enough..... Pondered the option of inst but it will provably end up Lagan....I'm not keen on the school but it's looking like the only option : ( anyone else in this predicament?

I don't know about Wellington, but I believe Inst took from 92 upwards last year. Everyone I know who has seen it seems very impressed (we're going for the tour on wednesday). Seems like it gets a lot of applications, but not as many (by comparison) first choice applications. If I were you, I would put Wellington first and Inst second - as they say, if you're not in.....

Doesnt help, but Victoria took 92's last year as well

Unfortunately my son wouldnt get into Victoria I am inclined to just settle for lagan but i do this out of fear of not getting into wellington or inst. Lagan do not consider an application if it was not the childs first choice so i would b ruling it out if put second or third.....very sad state of affairs

Nervous wait until 24th may , has anyone heard any whispers of what scores Belfast schools accepting ?Ds scored 97 and interested in Methody and BRA.
