How to find Fidelity funds on Yahoo

I have funds invested with Fidelity. I wish to find these funds on other websites such as Yahoo as my financial packages can sync stock prices with Yahoo, Google, etc, but not Fidelity.
But Fidelity only seem to give them descriptions like "Cazenove UK Smaller Companies Fund", so its very difficult to try and track down the correct fund on another site as its non-specific, unless there's something I'm missing?

You can find them on Yahoo by the ISIN number with a ".L" suffix , but to be honest it's fairly useless. Yahoo neither has any information nor historic prices for UK funds.
For example, Fidelity UK Smaller Companies A Acc has an ISIN number of GB00B3SW2T17. On Yahoo if you search for GB00B3SW2T17.L it will find it and give you the latest price, but nothing else.

You should be able to find the ISIN numbers for your funds on any documentation like the Key Investor Info Document, or alternatively look them up on Trustnet or Morningstar.0
