Is my gas/elec bill normal?

Hi,
This may seem like a daft question but I'm not sure whether this is good/bad/average.
Just done my meter readings as requested by Scottish Power by email and updated them online.
The site then recalculated my bill and said that I was in debit by £45 (for gas/elec combined). I don't think I have to pay anything and that the bills will even out as we (hopefully) move into warmer weather.
I pay £59 a month for both bills combined and live in a modern 3 bed semi. The heating is only on for 2 hours in the morning and 3 in the evening (in this colder weather) and almost everything is turned off at the plug unless being used.

Is this about right for this time of year?

Thanks

The average household consumes 16500kWh of gas and 3,300 kWh electricity per annum if that's any help

I live in a 3 bed terrace and my combined bills are £129 a month. I live on the south coast so it' warmer here. £59 seems very low to me.

£59 seems low to me as well. Im in the Midlands, and my hose is a 1960s 4 bed semi, but I do have new boiler, A+++ appliances everywhere, cavity wall and loft insulation, and solar panels on the roof. My average (ie averaged out over the year) duel fuel usage is around £120/month.

I live in 2 bed flat which is relativly easy to heat. Gas CH (brand new boiler) is on in the morning for an hour and in the evening for 3-4 hours, on a little more at the weekend. All the usual stuff eg cooker, lap tops, lights etc run off electricity. There are 2 and sometimes 3 of us. I am paying £84 Dual Fuel per month (EDF Blue 2014). I watch my usage closely and, at the moment, this is about right. I would not be happy paying much less per month as we would run up a bill so an envious of your, what seems, low usage.
