    Mine came in a packet that royal mail had put the envelope in with a note saying they are sorry it reached me in this condition (the original envelope had been ripped.)

    Poor packaging, but, glad i received it.

    I reckon it's the machinery used in the sorting room.
    I received a book today from a win, and the padded envelope had a three-inch rip by the address label. This was the same damage position on a cardboard tube when I won a print from Revlon last month. :(

    Still no sign of mine yet - really looking forward to receiving it as well as I don't buy such expensive nail polish and I want to see if it's as good as everyone says!
